Terms and booking conditions

All prices are per apartment and per week without board.

Included in the prices: the lodging, one parking lot on our parking place outside, bed linnen (towels are not included), final cleaning, the free Wi-Fi internet connection and theVal Gardena Mobil Card which allows a free use of public buses

Tourism Tax: We inform you that since 01.01.2014 there has been a local tourism tax in all South Tyrolean tourist accommodations for all people aged 14 and older. The ammount is Euro 1,45 per person and day.

Check-in/out

The apartment is at your disposal from 14.00 on the day of arrival to 9.00 on the day of departure.
At a late arrival after 18.00 we kindly ask you to inform us by ringing

Pets are not allowed, thanks for your understanding

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

Booking

The booking is definite and binding as soon as we get a of  30% of the total amount via bank transfer and we send you a confirmation of it. Payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) by bank transfer

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer before your arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. The cancellation can only be accepted in written form. In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):

• Cancellation by 60 days prior to arrival: the down payment (deposit) will be withheld.
• Cancellation by 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellation by 30 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total amount.
• Cancellation within the last 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount

In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount. So we recommend a privat cancellation cover.

With the payment of the deposit you confirm to have read, understood and legally accepted all booking and cancellation terms
